RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our hair bundles, wigs, frontals, closures and 3-D mink lashes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation.
Apparel and merchandise are non-refundable.
We will honor an exchange with apparel and merchandise only. You must notify us within 3 days of product delivery.

Please state reason for exchange and order number. In order to receive an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If the listed conditions are not met, Exquisite Beauty Emporium reserves the right to refuse an exchange.
