Established in 2018, Exquisite Beauty Emporium was a brick and mortar black-owned beauty supply store until 2023.  Now we are web based primarily US region with customer bases in Kentucky, Texas, Georgia, New York, California and Florida. As well as international customer bases in Paris, Brazil, London, Cape Town, Nigeria, Kenya, Los Cabos, Punta Cana, Antigua, Morocco, Sicily and Canada.

Owned and founded by award winning serial entrepreneur LaMeca Yankey.   Exquisite provides customers to the very best in glamorous beauty supply products, braiding hair and luxurious hair extensions.  Specializing in mink bundles, wigs, closures, frontals and mink lashes.  With an exclusive signature line of wig removal solution, lace tint sprays, edge control, hair wax, lipsticks, wig protective and wig glue.        

Exquisite Beauty Emporium has been the most challenging business to open to date for Lameca.  A billion dollar business to be apart.  Making it harder for African Americans to be apart of.  Asian have dominated the market for decades due to distributors being solely owned by Asians.  99% of the revenue that come into beauty supply store are by women of color.  Being a African American woman, I have faced barriers opening accounts to supply my store.  Top beauty supply distributors like Shake N Go, Bobbiboss and Harlem 125 would not allow my store to open accounts.  I had to travel to bigger cities within the United States to network with other black owned beauty supply stores just to stock my store.  By the grace of God,  I made a way out of no way to fill up my store.
